I can’t recommend Reeds Rains Little Sutton enough for their help with my recent sale. Selling a house is never easy, but the sales team made it feel manageable. They were incredibly proactive, I never had to chase them for an update because they were always one step ahead. I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Reid’s Rains in Little Sutton when purchasing my current property. Steph kept me informed of the progress of the sale at all times. The process was made more difficult due to the property being sold by a solicitor acting for the owner, but Steph and the team made the process as painless as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them should I need the services of an estate agent in the future.

If you want someone to sell your home as ìf it was their own, then these are the guys!! They care about their customer and getting the best deal for them, not just the sales for themselves!! We moved to Reeds Rains as of poor service from another estate agents, and instantly could tell the difference. Lettings review. I have never left a negative review of a small company or franchise until today. Georgia was a brilliant member of staff, since she has left everything has fallen apart. I have been a Landlord for 20 plus years and never experienced how badly they have managed the void period for a property they managed for me. I waited nearly two months for a contractor they recommended to do some redecoration, in the end they never turned up. Their reaction was or well things like that happen, I expected them to pull all the stops out to sort the problem out. Nope, they just brushed their hands of me and suggested I should move to another agent, which I have done. It seems they are more interested in selling properties as they also own their own financial services company. If your considering this company please ask as many questions about their contractors as possible! It might be the case contractors don't want to work with them? To quote them...."I actually don't have a long list of contractors....which is what I'm trying to say. I just don't have the manpower to sit going through Google ringing different contractors. I'm sorry of that sounds unhelpful and it's not meant to come across like that but I'm just trying to be honest.....you would be better placed starting with a fresh agent I would completely understand."

Communication is the key, and they kept us regularly informed of potential buyers and viewings and were always helpful and friendly!
