She helped me to get the property I’d like to rent just in time to start for my new employment. GoogleWe were interested in a rental property advertised by Reeds Rains and Tracey Cordner from the Lisburn office was our contact. She was extremely responsive, friendly and kept us up to date with the entire process between the viewing and the key handover. If we have any questions or concerns, she replies promptly and provides feedback from the landlord as soon as possible. We were able to get moved in and settled in with a smooth transition thanks to the support from Tracey. We recently bought our first house that was marketed by Reeds Rains St Helens, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jane Kerrigan in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would advise anyone else to do so also!

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company

Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!

Poor service. Refused to let potential buyers view . Later discovered our agent and buyer were related . How unprofessional, all actions fell into place discovered the motif that they were determined who would be buying our property. Would definitely not use this hull branch or recommend

They took care of everything including dealing with difficult property managers and tenants at the end of a tenancy to making sure we had someone to clean and refresh the property before sale. Guisborough branch . Well without going into to much deatai I had to sell a property I didnt want to sell even though I knew I had to / was my child hood home and my mam & dad had sadly passed away and that house held so many memories ❤ the girls at reads & rains made it an easier process my two favourite girls cathy shes fab lovely lady who cant do enough to help you and helped make the whole process easier ..thanks cathy you've been fab . And our sian shes been brilliant to constant updates very very polite and so so helpful all the way cant fault them one bit .100% perfect .thankyou girls .would definitely 100% recommended all the girls at the guisborough branch have been fantastic but especially cathy and sian so well done girls you're the best .cathy & sian thankyou I'm sure I'll bump into yous in the town or b&m at some point thankyou both from the bottom of my heart .very kind regards. After a long way to rent for difficult situations I found a great management team that was really professional to sort out the problem I had . I can say this one of the reasons why people working in Management. They are great, professional, problem solving and fantastic customer service specially Aky and Bradley , they working for Manchester area . Amazing people and professional . Help people make you the best I couldn’t find and thanks for that I sorted my situation. I couldn’t ask for more . I can recommend this property agent 💯.
