Reeds Rains, Lisburn NI reviews

I had an exceptional experience working with Tracey from Reeds Rains Estate Agents Lisburn. I had several meetings with other local Estate Agents but it was Tracey’s professionalism, dedication and passion for the house that was evident throughout the entire process of letting the property. Tracey provided additional services in-house that other competing organisations could not offer and agreed on a competitive overall deal. In addition to this she has over 20 years’ experience and can offer excellent advice when needed to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Reeds Rains Estate Agents Lisburn for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

The service from Lara, Simon and Tracy in Reeds and Rains is exemplary. From the very first visit they made me feel so comfortable and nothing was ever a problem. I knew that I could lift the phone at any time and they guided me through the whole process in a caring and professional manner. If I had to leave a message they returned my call/email promptly. I would highly recommend the team at Reeds and Rains, thank you

I recently rented a house I was very keen on and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and professional Tracey at Reeds Rains Estate Agents Lisburn was from viewing the property through to myself now living there. Prior to this I had considered buying and was very happy with the manner in which any queries were dealt with whether that be during a viewing with Simon or by phone/email with Lara in the office. From the initial appraisal of my property to final sale, the work done by Simon Wilson and the staff was excellent. I was personally initially unsure of the valuation level stated,I thought it might be too high, in fact it was very accurate. I would certainly reccomend the professional approach and willingness to deal any queries as the sale progressed.

My partner and I had been looking for a house for months, with no luck and we were starting to feel incredibly disheartened. When we saw a house for rent on Reeds Rains, we decided to book a viewing. Tracey was so helpful, she booked us in right away, set a date and time and talked us through the application process - it was all so simple!! She constantly kept me in the loop, which is brilliant when you're on edge about whether you will get picked or not and even now we are in the house, Tracey is always quick to respond to my emails if I have any questions. All in all, our experience with Reeds Rains was fabulous, we couldn't have asked for better :)
