Went through Reeds Rains Lisburn office for my recent move and I have never had such a seamless and supportive experience when moving!! Previous letting agency’s I have used left a lot to be desired but Tracey was very personable and empathetic and has provided me with a lovely new place I’m happy to call home, will definitely be staying with RR for any future moves (hopefully won’t be too soon lol)

I am so thankful to Tracey for helping me secure a beautiful rental property after nearly a year of looking for somewhere to rent, which had been extremely stressful. Not only is Tracey highly responsive and cordial over emails, when I first moved into the apartment a few issues needed to be attended to and she sorted them out super quickly. Contractors were here at 8am on one day and 8.30am another day. I also requested the sofas to be professionally cleaned shortly after I moved in and this was done at no cost to me. I'm sure having good tenants in well-looked after properties also brings peace of mind to the landlords. I have not had good experiences with other estate agents, the difference with Tracey and Reeds Rains is they actually care and want to see you settled in and content.

I am very happy with the excellent service from the team at Reeds Rains. Laura was very friendly and helpful booking in my valuation appointment. Simon gave me a realistic valuation after surveying the property. I was extremely impressed that he then later contacted me the same evening with a breakdown of costs. We are at a crossroads with our house trying decide the move that is best for us. I was a bit unsure whether Reeds Rain would be cold with me because of this. But they were super friendly and supportive and if we decide to move we will be contacting them.

From the outset, which was right in the middle of this global pandemic, the service provided from Lara Spence was exceptional. Communication was excellent and I was well informed re every enquiry and viewing, advised on who were genuinely interested and therefore potential buyers, and who were unlikely to follow through.
