My partner and I had been looking for a house for months, with no luck and we were starting to feel incredibly disheartened. When we saw a house for rent on Reeds Rains, we decided to book a viewing. Tracey was so helpful, she booked us in right away, set a date and time and talked us through the application process - it was all so simple!! She constantly kept me in the loop, which is brilliant when you're on edge about whether you will get picked or not and even now we are in the house, Tracey is always quick to respond to my emails if I have any questions. All in all, our experience with Reeds Rains was fabulous, we couldn't have asked for better :)

I have just completed on my house sale and chose Simon Wilson to represent the sale. The sale was agreed within hours of the decision to sell and literally within hours of the board going up at the front. I chose Simon even though I had been been valued already by a couple of other estate agents and had effectively told one he was it. Simon had come in with a particular energy and had also followed up in his visit with a Text and an email. The other agents I think were happy that the house would move, good house good area etc. Simon just sold himself, naturally and effortlessly and I thought that if he could sell himself that way it’s how I would like my house represented. The sale agreement with the buyers happened within hours but the completion took slightly longer. Simon was steadfast throughout and always available. Nothing was new to him and he had been through similar issues all before. I was glad I made what proved to be the right decision and have no reservations at all recommending him and his team.

I had contacted a few other estate agents regarding renting a property but had been frustrated at the lack of communication. Tracey at ReedsRains was absolutely brilliant from the first time I contacted her. She kept me regularly up to date on viewing times for the house I was interested in and the actual viewing was very relaxed and not at all like some others!
