Fantastic service from Julie and Angela, both were very pleasant and professional. Angela took the photographs of our property and told us how to arrange things to maximise the potential and we were extremely pleased with the results. We had had 3 agents to review the property but Julie was by far the best and we took to her immediately. All through the process we were kept informed. We have dealt with a few estate agents over the years none of whom compare to Julie and Angela.

My partner and I rented a beautiful house through McClelland Salter for approx. 1.5 years (We moved only due to work relocation). McClelland Salter provided us with a fantastic service throughout. We dealt with Graeme for the duration of our tenancy and his professionalism, customer service, efficiency and friendliness was outstanding. I originally bought a property in Northern Ireland as an investment and was instantly recommended to use this company to manage as I live overseas. In the years they have managed the property, it has been stress free and was managed beyond expectations. I have dealt with most of the team, whether due to rental or the sale, and it is very evident that they all work very well together and are extremely professional and very proud of the work they do. My family have just completed the sale of my late father-in-law's house, which was a somewhat traumatic experience in itself, but was made all the easier for us by the magnificent team at McClelland Salter. From the outset they projected as knowledgable and professional, with very competitive rates. Mr Matthew McClelland was our first point of contact, with Ms Jennifer Collins then taking overall day to day running of the sale. Both were superb in everything they did for us. We had almost nothing to do as all viewings prior to sale were escorted by their staff (Usually Jennifer) and any subsequent visits by the purchasers were likewise, escorted by staff. The sale of the house was also achieved very quickly after initial advertising, sign etc went up. Jennifer was invaluable as a buffer & go getter between solicitors, vendors & purchasers, always keeping us up to date throughout the procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone as very good Estate Agents.
