I can't recommend McClelland Salter highly enough. After learning the hard way just how important it is to have a professional and trustworthy estate agent, I knew it was time to make a change following a disappointing experience with another agency in Lisburn. From my first conversation with Angela and Julie, I knew I had made the right choice. Julie provided a realistic price range for my home and explained the reasoning behind it, unlike my previous agent, who inflated the price just to win my business. Angela and Julie were honest, transparent, and handled everything with exceptional professionalism, even though I wasn’t always the easiest client to work with. Thanks to Ian’s expertise in showcasing the key features of my home, without being overbearing, my house sold within a month. I used this company both for letting a property and then finally selling the same property. I can't rate them enough for both aspects. They kept me informed along the way at every stage of the selling process and both Julie and Angela were amazing. They both knew the market so well locally and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! Now we've settled into our new home I would like to take the time to say a huge thank you to Julie and the team. We have had a long process with many complications outside of the agents control. However, Julie was always at the other end of the phone to answer all questions and help chasing up paperwork. We camped out in January for our house and Julie provided fresh baked goods and juice in the morning and also payed for pizza for us in the evening. We've had a brilliant experience finding a beautiful rental property to live in thanks to Sarah Spence at McClelland Salter. We needed to leave our previous property at very short notice due to the property becoming uninhabitable. It has taken less than a fortnight from application to moving in to our new home!
