I would undoubtedly highly recommend McClelland Salter to anyone who wants to sell, buy or rent. I recently sold my house through them and bought through another estate agents and I have to say the difference between the two agents was night and day! From minute one when Julie carried out the valuation I knew what I wanted to do. Julie understood how much my house meant to me after living there for 25 years and made the process so easy and personal. I’ve just finished my tenancy with McClelland Slater and I couldn’t recommend them more. All the staff I had contact with were lovely but it was Sarah who I had most contact with through the tenancy. We were sold our last home by this agent 30 years ago and more recently sold the same, we weren't sure if the service would be the same, we needn't have worried, the service was even better than I remembered. The personal service, reguraly updating us even at weekends, advising us best way to present our home for sale, all the tips only they would know, we had as much excess to the whole team. I have to say our stress levels were greatly reduced. The agents took all the stress and dealt with everything, result our home sold in two weeks.
