Matthew and Angela gave me sound practical advice on the process & kept me updated throughout. They were proactive in chasing up the buyer's side where some delays existed. I have also rented out a property via them for 8+ years and throughout that time have always been happy with their very professional service. We’ve recently sold our house through McClelland & Salter and couldn’t fault the service we received from Julie, Angela, Alex and the rest of the team. They were professional and honest with regards to the valuation of our property and the preparation required to impress potential buyers. They ensured the right viewers came to see the house and as a result we sold quickly. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process liaising regularly with both us and our buyer. We were so happy with their service we’re now using McClelland & Salters letting manager, Graham to manage one of our rental properties for us.

What an totally amazing team. Julie and the rest of the team (including Angela and Matthew) were fantastic. I had visions of an extremely long and protracted sales process, however, the property had the Sale Agreed in under two weeks and the settlement took less than 2 months. Fantastic advice from Julie on how to present the property and what not to waste time on. Plus amazing assistance and much appreciated advice on clearing some of the contents. This was particularly important as I live overseas and could not be there for the final step in the process. I honestly had never expected to have such wonderful professional and friendly service and help. McClelland Slater definitely go the extra mile and I cannot recommend them enough. Just sold our house with McClelland and Salter and have to say they were great throughout the process, even in the ups and downs and there was quite a lot but they got us through it all. They even helped and gave us a lot of advice when buying our new house, which was bought through another very well known estate agents in Lisburn who made the process extremely difficult. Julie and Jennifer in particular were great and we are now in our dream home, Thanx soo much guys, I wouldn't use any other in Lisburn. Very professional, I recommend McClelland and Salter to everyone I know buying and selling.
