McClelland Salter Lisburn reviews

My family have just completed the sale of my late father-in-law's house, which was a somewhat traumatic experience in itself, but was made all the easier for us by the magnificent team at McClelland Salter. From the outset they projected as knowledgable and professional, with very competitive rates. Mr Matthew McClelland was our first point of contact, with Ms Jennifer Collins then taking overall day to day running of the sale. Both were superb in everything they did for us. We had almost nothing to do as all viewings prior to sale were escorted by their staff (Usually Jennifer) and any subsequent visits by the purchasers were likewise, escorted by staff. The sale of the house was also achieved very quickly after initial advertising, sign etc went up. Jennifer was invaluable as a buffer & go getter between solicitors, vendors & purchasers, always keeping us up to date throughout the procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone as very good Estate Agents.

My brother and I have just sold our late father's house through McClelland Salter. Julie and her team were excellent throughout the whole process - always friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and most of all plain sensible. The legal side of the process was tortuous and extremely frustrating (I have now learnt that title insurance is worth knowing about) and Julie and the team were instrumental in keeping both ourselves and the buyers calm and focused on the sale. Would recommend highly.

Matthew & his experienced/consistent team looked after my property both from a rental & sale perspective. Their conscientious approach was invaluable as I was not residing in Northern Ireland throughout their management period. Would recommend their service delivery to anyone considering selling/renting any property.

Recently bought my first home through Mclelland Salter and it was far faster, and far less stressful than anyone would ever expect for buying a home. They were very concise and friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Angela who got things rolling for me, and although I never saw his name, the Man who helped me get into my home a day early!
