From the application to processing documents to moving houses, she will take care of you! They also kept us fully informed at all stages, both in relation to viewings and then when the sale was agreed they liased with both us and our solicitor until the sale was fully completed.

GoogleI recently moved into my first rental and had the pleasure of Sarah Spence helping me through this. After spending roughly two weeks going through numerous places, and only getting about a 60% reply rate for estate agents, I came across a property that Mcclelland & Salter were advertising. Unfortunately that property didn’t come through, however Sarah proactively asked what specifically I was looking for and kept me in mind. A few days later Sarah had came back to me with a property that suited, she arranged for me to view it and helped me through each aspect of the rental. As a first time renter I couldn’t have asked for more from Sarah.

Their expertise and professionalism are second to none as their full service dealt with all aspects and gave us peace of mind for the entire time. GoogleI cant thank all the staff at McClelland and Salter enough for helping sell my dads house. I have known Julie for over 40 years and she is not only a friend but a very professional business woman. We purchased our current home through Julie over 20 years ago and it was a smooth process then as it was with my dads. I would highly recommend McClelland and Salter to anyone as their service is second to none.

GoogleHaving dealt with McClelland Salter for many years, my wife and I had no hesitation in choosing them again to sell our apartment in Dunmurry. Despite the covid 19 outbreak, Matthew and his highly professional team found us a buyer pretty quickly. There were a few hiccoughs along the way (caused by the buyers solicitor) but everything was sorted out and the sale was completed. GoogleFrom the moment we decided to sell with McClelland Salter, they have pulled out all the stops to ensure our buy and sell went as smoothly as possible. We fell in love with a house and within days Angela had photographed and videoed our house to get us on the market in order to be in a position to bid on our dream home, even amidst a global pandemic! They were always at the end of the phone, especially when things became stressful during bidding, often over and beyond their normal working hours! They kept us calm and were there to offer advice about the next step throughout. We secured our dream home and our own house sale agreed within days. GoogleWe didn't use McClelland Salter personally, but we came into contact with Alex (female) from McClelland Salter as they were the estate agents of choice for the property we were buying. Alex was great, professional and handled the handover of keys perfectly. It had been a complicated move but this part with McClelland Salter was seamless. Alex even had a goodie bag for me to wish us luck in our new house. A small gesture but a lasting memory. 100% recommended
