What a great estate agent, from first contact we found them really helpful and friendly but with an obvious professional attitude and knowledge. Property transactions have a tendency to be tricky at times, there are many things which can go wrong, but we were steered through any hiccups and our sincere thanks to Julie who really pulled out all the stops to keep things moving. I can't recommend McClelland Salter highly enough. After learning the hard way just how important it is to have a professional and trustworthy estate agent, I knew it was time to make a change following a disappointing experience with another agency in Lisburn. From my first conversation with Angela and Julie, I knew I had made the right choice. Julie provided a realistic price range for my home and explained the reasoning behind it, unlike my previous agent, who inflated the price just to win my business. Angela and Julie were honest, transparent, and handled everything with exceptional professionalism, even though I wasn’t always the easiest client to work with. I used this company both for letting a property and then finally selling the same property. I can't rate them enough for both aspects. They kept me informed along the way at every stage of the selling process and both Julie and Angela were amazing. They both knew the market so well locally and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! After the death of my father, the family was left with a house to sell. Not being from the area I spoke with a number of people with regards their experiences of local estate agents.
