Now we've settled into our new home I would like to take the time to say a huge thank you to Julie and the team. We have had a long process with many complications outside of the agents control. However, Julie was always at the other end of the phone to answer all questions and help chasing up paperwork. We camped out in January for our house and Julie provided fresh baked goods and juice in the morning and also payed for pizza for us in the evening. We even received a little goodie bag of gifts on the day we picked up our keys. Thank you from my family and our new home.

I dealt with Sarah Spence who helped me to secure a rental property. I have rented through a number of agents and can honestly say Sarah & McClelland Salter are the best agency I have ever dealt with. I would undoubtedly highly recommend McClelland Salter to anyone who wants to sell, buy or rent. I recently sold my house through them and bought through another estate agents and I have to say the difference between the two agents was night and day! From minute one when Julie carried out the valuation I knew what I wanted to do. Julie understood how much my house meant to me after living there for 25 years and made the process so easy and personal. We were sold our last home by this agent 30 years ago and more recently sold the same, we weren't sure if the service would be the same, we needn't have worried, the service was even better than I remembered. The personal service, reguraly updating us even at weekends, advising us best way to present our home for sale, all the tips only they would know, we had as much excess to the whole team. We've had a brilliant experience finding a beautiful rental property to live in thanks to Sarah Spence at McClelland Salter. We needed to leave our previous property at very short notice due to the property becoming uninhabitable. It has taken less than a fortnight from application to moving in to our new home!
