When I decided to sell the property everything, from the initial discussions to the final agreement, went smoothly and successfully. GoogleImpossible to contact them either via email or phone to arrange the viewing. I received 5 same automatic responses to my email asking for details regarding the viewing, but when I sent the information back I never got any response. After many days of trying I've noticed that the sale on this house is agreed. So angry!

As you can see from our other customer 5 star reviews, this is most unusual and I would be very keen to discuss the situation with you personally. As you have chosen to remain anonymous, I am unable to provide any sort of explanation or resolve. I can confirm that all our incoming emails are answered individually and we do not send automated email replies. In addition, we have a very robust telephone answering service and option to call our Belfast office, so I find it strange that you could not get through to at least leave a message.
