Dear Rosemary Bell Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions we are following government guidelines and to protect our staff, our office is not open for browsing. Instead, you can call at the front door and a member of staff will get you the brochure you require. Alternatively and to further enhance our services during this difficult time, we have added the full colour brochure to all our internet advertising. Furthermore and due to high call volumes, we have additional staff to assist answering our phones and dealing with messages, we do not appear to have had any missed calls or messages from you. As with any business, we are trying our best to continue trading and provide as near normal service to all our customers. Dear Joan Foster It is unfortunate that we missed your call however, we do have a very robust answer service giving callers various options to leave a message, contact our Belfast office or send an email, I have checked our call log and emails and it would appear you did not use any of these options, which left us unaware of your interest. We check our emails and phone messages regularly throughout the day and provide a same day response to both. As with so many businesses at present, we are receiving considerably more calls and enquiries than usual and our customers are very happy with the service we provide. We hope this information is helpful and highlights how we can be of assistance in the future.
