Very pleased to recommend Henry Graham. Our sale was handled by the Lisburn Office and from the very outset when we met Simon who impressed us with his professional friendly approach and local knowledge based valuation, excellent sales particulars of our property and early agreed sale with regular contact and updates from Gail, Jody and the team in the office. I cannot recommend Henry Graham Estate agents enough. Following having a difficult encounter with another estate agent I contacted Henry. Henry listened completely to my concerns and offered advice. Initial advice was to give more time with other agent and make them aware I was in contact with other agents and then recontact. This I thought shown great integrity and not your usual "cut throat" approach what can been seen within this industry to try to get clients. Upon meeting Henry he communicated very well spoke about what features should be highlighted on the sale of my house. Throughout the whole process I had regular communication via email and phone with staff in the office, especially Gail. I was kept informed throughout. I really can not recommend Henry Graham Estate agents enough. My only regret is not using them first! Thank you for everything Kerri-Marie

Henry Graham Estate Agents handled the sale of our property in Maghaberry in a truly professional manner from the initial valuation right through every step of the process to the closure of the sale. Simon conducted the site visit, his valuation was spot-on and he produced an excellent brochure in printed copy and online. It would be difficult for me to recommend Henry Graham estate agents. When things are going well they're professional and excellent. If a problem arises... I found them to change significantly which was disappointing.

We’re do I even start! From the very start, the staff at Henry Graham have been amazing. Simon came out to value our house and he was brilliant. Henry Graham Estate Agents handled the sale of my rental property. The service was absolutely top quality both from the team of estate agents but also from Henry himself who handled the evaluation personally. Once we had decided to sell, HG had a high quality brochure produced and the property on the market in record time. Throughout the whole process they kept in constant communication including sending email updates each time a viewing was booked or an offer received. Henry also provided good advice about changes to be made to the property to maximize the resell value. The property sold at a higher price that what we expected and in record time. I would certainly use Henry Graham again and would recommend them to anyone.

Agreed on Saturday to a house which id been after for quite a while, finally my offer was accepted me and my little kids were delighted, short lived tho as less than 2 hours later I got a call back to say sorry you can't have it now as a last min offer came in after we agreed it to you.... we were devastated to say the least, found it weird that on a sat afternoon at 2pm when they closed at 12'30pm that they rang me with this news! I understand we all need as much as possible but that was pretty low, and it wasn't even the lady that accepted my offer let me no it was her husband, would I trust these agents? No....... certainly they were in no way communicating with each other as this should never have happened! In 2 hours we had our dream home only be be told sorry you actually cant have it, all just didn't feel right and was a very distressing time time for my little family! Cheers guys.....

Dear Jenny Lee Tollerton You are correct in saying that we close at 12.30 on a Saturday however, given the circumstances, I decided it would be better to deal with it at the time rather than prolonging the situation until we re-opened on Monday morning. I gave you a full and honest account of all the events leading up to the other offer being made and whilst I agree no one wants to lose out or be let down, we do have a legal obligation to report to our seller client, all offers that are made until contracts are exchanged and I explained this to you at the time. Furthermore, we did not agree the sale to the other party without giving you ample opportunity to make a counter offer, as is best practice in these situations. I do apologise that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful and I do hope you can secure another suitable property soon.
