GoogleI received excellent service from Halliday Homes when selling my property earlier this year. It was a pleasure dealing with all of their staff throughout the entire process, nothing was ever a problem to them and the process went smoothly from valuation through to agreeing a sale. Special mention to Ian who was always on hand to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone in the town.

GoogleFrom the first phone call I made to enquire about selling my home to picking up our keys for our new home I can honestly say that we felt in safe hands, any questions or concerns were promptly addressed and we felt we were being listened to. All viewings were taken care of for us. Can't highly recommend the team in Linlithgow enough.

GoogleHalliday homes became very popular in Linlithgow after opening as a new business in the area which drew my attention to them. As a fresh looking business with a no no nonsense team, I had a positive experience and would recommend them to others. They are not the cheapest quote I had but I am a big believer in you get what you pay for and I do think I got value for money here with the highly professional team and attention to detail they have. I especially liked the valuation they presented showing relevant comparisons to local properties of the same type to give a very good idea of what to expect for the sale. I would highly recommend to get this done. Another highlight was the photographer. They employed a professional photographer who did a really great job of getting "real" photos of the property and a video which made the property shine in the crowded market. The staff know the local area making it great for selling to folk coming into the area. Hopefully I won't need to move again but if I did, I would have Halliday homes at the top of my list. GoogleWe chose Halliday Homes based on excellent local reviews and having viewed several properties with them, we knew they were very efficient to deal with and offered a friendly, honest approach. The advice and overall service during our purchase and sale has been fantastic and although we hope not to be moving for a long time (!), we would not hesitate to use them again if required.
