GoogleMhairi and Lori were great when we were looking around what's now our new home. We'd already met Mhairi at previous viewings and she remembered lots about what we were looking for. Lori has been especially helpful in the follow up as we've asked them for recommendations for cleaners, trades etc, as well as the usual communications about full hand over of the property.

GoogleWe use Halliday Homes for the sale of our own house and the purchase of our new home. The team at Linlithgow were extremely professional and supportive throughout the whole process. GoogleAbsolutely impeccable service from start to finish in the selling of our own home and portfolio of 10 BTL properties. Lynne, Ian and all the staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and professional at all times. They kept us updated every step of the way, their communication was faultless, we never had to chase them up at all. Extremely professional without losing that personal touch, which is so important. The staff at Halliday Homes could not have been more helpful, and knowledgeable about the local market. Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be. Feedback was honest and straightforward. We sold in 5 days of going on the market. Can't do much better than that. First class service from start to finish.

Having just moved to the UK and being very new to the rental process, working with Halliday, and Chloe, in particular, took much of the stress out of the whole process. From the outset, Chloe has been helpful, supportive, kind, and available for any and all questions. And I had more than a few since I was entirely unfamiliar with operating the controls for the central heating and hot water, to name a few. Whenever I had any inquiries, Chloe was prompt to respond, and always did whatever she could to help address the situation and expedite the process. While I may have had a few more questions than most, Chloe was always generous with her time and willing to help. While I did unfortunately have to move, sadly not to another of Halliday's properties, Chloe has continued to be helpful, provide guidance, and liaise on my behalf through to the final details. In a time where it's easier than not to find dodgy reviews of different letting agencies and worry as to what you might be getting into, I can say with absolute certainty that you will have nothing but the best service and support from Halliday Homes. As a tenant, I felt assured in their transparency, trustworthiness, and stellar communication. I strongly recommend and commend them as a letting agency. The one thing that held me back from moving was knowing that I wouldn't be working with this great team. But there's no question that they will always be the first place I look when it comes to renting a flat (and hopefully finding a home down the line). My big thanks to Chloe and the team at Halliday Homes!

This is a very professional operation and I found all of the staff to be pleasant and courteous at all times. I was kept fully informed of progress being made and given advice when the first sale fell through. All in all I was extremely happy with the service from this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and would recommend them to friends and family

GoogleHalliday were an excellent estate to deal with. Lynn and Ian kept us up-to-date regularly and were very proactive selling our property. I especially liked that they did the viewings of the property on our behalf. We also found our new property through Halliday and thanks to Marie we secured our new home off market. Having recently used a national estate to sell another property and having a very different experience we can safely say that using a local estate agent was the best decision we could have made and would recommend Halliday Homes to anyone looking for an estate agent.
