Nice people but found the property to be a bit out of date on some ,look like a up and coming business tho'

Hi Tom, Thanks for your review - we are pleased to hear that you were happy with our staff and that you feel we are an up and coming business, we hope to have many more successful years. Unfortunately, the property you purchased is not a reflection on our business so we feel it is slightly unfair to leave a lesser review on this basis. We sell what our clients bring to us, and we make sure they receive the best possible service and price! All the best in your new home.

Dear Graham, I am very disappointed to see the review you left for us. Looking back at the correspondence we had a good working relationship and given the excellent offer we achieved for you in a relatively short space of time, we think your review is frankly unfair. We have multiple emails to confirm that we were 'doing a great job' and so on.. We have tried to reach out to you since you left this review but no calls have been returned. Austin Halliday
