GoogleExceeded expectations in terms of price acheived, time on market and ease of completion. Saskia kept us well informed of progress from the receipt of the offer we accepted right through to completion. A few very minor areas for improvement were: 1) a little more attention to detail when finalising the initial property details before 'going live' - some very obvious contradictions (eg number of bedrooms) within the draft they sent us for checking; 2) a little better supervision of one of the viewing parties - they turned on a bathroom tap and we found it still running after the viewing. Overall, a really positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

Jackson-Stops, Cranbrook Branch recently sold my house. They were brilliant, helpful and great with communication which is rare these days. Rachel with whom I dealt with was lovely, so friendly and so patient with all the endless calls I made. They say selling your home is one of the most stressful things you can go through. Its no easy ride but I can only say that Jackson-Stops made it as easy and calm as it could be. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you live in Kent and you want to sell your house, they are your go to agent. Brilliant. If Trustpilot had 10 stars to hand out, then that is what I would give Alastair and his great team in Cranbrook.

GoogleAngela at the Eccleshall branch was amazing, great communication and kept us in the loop at all times, the process with the solicitors dragged out a bit due to there being 8 people in our chain, Angela was all over it going over and above to chase everyone for us, trying to keep things moving as much as she could even though she didn't have to at that stage, we can't tell you just how helpful she was when we were just about ready to give up, Angela doubled down on the solicitors, sellers and buyers and really helped to get it over the line, so thanks for everything! You were amazing! Thanks again Lee & Dionne P.s. sorry this wasn't through the barcode on the moving in pack, Dionne threw it away before I could tell her about it 🤦

Wouldn’t recommend! I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025! I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house! I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!
We are sorry to hear that you continue to be unhappy with the situation. However, we feel your concerns have not been ignored. We have taken appropriate action to the extent that these matters fall within our remit as managing agents for a neighbouring property. On a public forum, it would will not be appropriate to comment further on individual circumstances.

She was professional, kind, and incredibly proactive. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely made the whole process smoother and less stressful. Ihave dealt with many estate agents in my time regarding Property Management if you are looking for someone to look after your property I cannot recommend Alice Creighton of Jackson Stopps Property Manager. She is a super young lady attending to any jobs or repairs needed in a very professional manner. She goes well beyond her duties. Alice shows you so much interest in what you have to report to her and acts upon it immediately. The experience I have had many other people feel the same. Alice gets jobs done extremely very quickly. She is an asset to any company. She is helpful in every respect, Property Management is not an easy job but she carries everything efficiently and professionally. It’s very rare you can find someone so diligent and hard working as Alice.

GoogleSuperb attention throughout the whole purchase process. Chelsea was attentive, well informed and always willing to investigate any issues which occurred. She certainly made the purchase less stressful in a calm but professional way. I would have struggled without her help! The rest of the office staff are similarly professional yet personable.
