GoogleVery Poor customer service from a female staff member and stopped me from viewing a property too. Will be making an official complaint with regards to the way I was treated! The owner rings up and tries to have a go and slams the phone down and then starts ringing me up constantly when I tell him I ain’t interest at all with their property, company or any other bs!
It’s amazing how they try and turn it round on me a customer seeking to view and potentially purchase a property. The owner harassed me with constant calls and I believe this is very unprofessional as a business owner, It reflects badly on the business and it’s staff.

We look forward to receiving your official complaint, at which point we will supply the stream of insulting text messages you sent to the female staff member in question who quite rightly acted in the best interests of the vendor she represents and avoided wasting yours, hers and the vendors time after you stated you would not pay the minimum amount required by the vendor.
I'm sure you would appreciate the same level of service if you were selling a property and would not want your time wasting with viewings who from the outset are not prepared to pay what you want.

GoogleWe had to sell a cousin's property because she had been taken into care. We had never done anything like this before, but Charlotte guided us through every step of the way. She kept in close contact so we knew exactly what was happening, and even when our solicitors seemed a bit slow, she eased things along to a successful conclusion. Bernard wasn't even our agent (he was selling the house we were buying) and he kept us in the loop all the time and chased on our behalf, when our own agent couldn't even be bothered to ring us. Any agency can sell a house at the moment which is why online agencies say they can do it for cheaper. Selling it is the easy bit.
