As a buyer we found Patsy’s service, communication and understanding of our requirements most helpful. She appeared to strike the right balance between buyer and seller making her approach refreshing. Having had several selling agents escort us around houses Patsy’s service was head and shoulders above traditional high street agents.

I chose The Agent out of several agencies who valued my property. One agency spent just 5 minutes in my home and never bothered to look at the kitchen! What impressed me from the start with The Agent was their valuer Charlotte, who took her time and showed a genuine interest in my property, asking questions about the history, local amenities, fixtures and fittings, etc. Also the idea of having a dedicated person to look after my sale, and a direct phone line and email address to contact them was very reassuring. I felt I was going to receive a personal service and I was not disappointed. The Agent also include Virtual Tours as part of their sales package. The quality of the tour and photography was outstanding and I am sure my property sold quite quickly because of this. I highly recommend this agency.

Patsy sold our house for us. She was professional throughout the whole process from the moment she came to value the house until completion day and she kept us updated all the way through the process. The chain was quite complicated but Patsy did everything possible to push it through. Using The Agent took all the stress out of moving.

We used Tom Bell s our estate agent, the photos he took were amazing, so good we almost wanted to stay! The house sold within 48 hours for £15k over asking, we had to stop the viewings after the initial 12. Great service and will be recommending him to friends and family
