GoogleI was disappointed by how much they overcharge with final deductions from my deposit. I had to pay 100 just to clean an oven that was never used since I first entered the flat, for instance. The agency can advise the landlords not to be predatory with the deposit.
Really sorry but I think there's been a misunderstanding in regards to your review as we only specialise in sales and don't have a lettings department at our Lincoln office.

I was buying a house marketed by them and when the chain fell through they managed to find a buyer before the agent I was using. Very impressed by Angie's communication skills and enthusiasm
