GoogleRecently viewed a property with this agents. We have been looking for our ideal home for some time now, I have to say, sometimes you get the feeling the agent has better things to, and would rather be somewhere else.... this was far from the case with the agent from Pygott & Crone. Nothing was too much trouble, the fact she had attended this viewing on her way home from work was testament to her commitment to the job. She was very polite and cheerful, never rushing us in any way, we felt guilty she had given up her own time, but she reassured us it was no problem at all, and gave us all the time we needed. She never once gave off any hurry up vibes, which you can get from some agents. I can't stress enough how helpfull this agent was, a real asset to your agency. Our offer on the property was accepted, and I very much hope Millie from Pygott & Crone continues to be are contact agent going forward. A most exceptional young lady, a great credit to your company.

GoogleBig thanks to Charlotte, Alisha, Emily, Tommy and Daniel for all their help in selling a property for us in Lincoln. We don't live in Lincoln so it was essential to be able to trust the team to look after our property. Their support and excellent comminication skills with everyone involved in the process has made a huge difference. Professional team.

BOSTON BRANCH . One star as that's all they will drop to it should be -stars . Unprofessional isn't a strong enough word . Was called a lier over the phone ,was shouted at over the phone you will never sell the property and im the seller . They also undervalued the property by £100k. Saying its not worth any more than that the price given to us. I hope you spent the commission that you didn't get with me then withdrawing the sale after your treatment . WOULD NOT RECOMENT TO MY ENEMIES. Have since been informed a of another place was valued at £150 k by these so called estate agents the true vale £450k. Dont get sacked in by them . You withdraw you still pay £300 for pictures and sticking it on the Internet.

GoogleI today tried to obtain a brochure for on of pygott and crones properties I spoke to Charlotte in the Lincoln office and was told I could only have a brochure of I went into their office to pick one up as they wouldn't send one out via the post , so that's a potential sale lost for the price of a stamp , I won't be sellingy house though them if that's how they conduct business and would advise others to steer clear too howuch is a stamp theses days ? Against their huge commission charged ?

We bought our first property through Pygott&crone and had a very good experience. Communication was good, the agent was professional, and everything went smoothly. When there were some delays with our solicitor, they helped by contacting them and our rental agency for updates. They were helpful and involved throughout the process. We are happy with the service and would recommend them.

GoogleI cant quite believe how difficult it is just get a viewing on a house with this company. It took me 3 phone calls leaving 2 different contact numbers to see if they had availability for us to have a weekend viewing. No call back, I called them, said I would get a call back....no call back. 8 hours after my initial call I spoke to the original lady who said she had emailed me......no email received. Eventually told we could have a viewing in 3 weeks time......I would seriously think about selling your property with these guys. 3 weeks to view a house!!! Bad customer service

GoogleI would not recommend Pygott & Crone in Lincoln to sell a property. Keen once approached to value and market the house, it was then a constant battle to be kept up to date with progress of the sale. The app that was supposed to be weekly updated with progress was quite simply not. Staff members were not updated when phoned to assess progress , often citing..'I've only worked here a couple of months and don't know how to access your notes'. When being told that someone would phone me back, I expect them to...obviously not! The firm was employed to work for me, not the other way around, they should note this for other clients that book them. All in all not a positive experience on the whole ( apart from a couple of helpful staff) was not impressed. Considering them not being the best value for commission on the market, I'd certainly advise shopping around for a more reputable Estate Agents.

I bought from P&C. They were more helpful and more friendly than my own agent I was selling with. I originally spoke with Ollie back in September 25 when I first purchased the property, he explained more to me of the process than my own conveyer and what documents were needed. This was my first time going through this process of selling & buying. The gent who showed me around the property was super too. Whenever I called it was answered, spoke with Alisha, George and others. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly service really stood out from all the other companies I was dealing with at the time. I couldn’t fault the team or the company at all. If I were to sell a property again I’d choose P&C going forward.

GoogleA completely laughable experience from start to finish. We received an email from the branch manager confirming that our offer on a property had been accepted. Naturally, we informed our solicitor and started moving things forward. Then, out of nowhere, Oli called to tell us the offer had never been accepted and that a higher offer had been taken instead, without giving us any opportunity to increase ours. To make matters worse, they then lied to the seller who we have been in contact with - claiming they had never told us our offer was accepted. Unfortunately for them, email trails exist, even if Pygott & Crone don’t seem to understand that. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. They are more than happy to lie to both sides to cover their own mistakes, and the lack of professionalism is staggering.

GoogleWhat can I say about George Reed, absolute pleasure to do business with. The star of the show, I wouldn’t buy a house anywhere else and that’s all because of George!! The best customer service I have ever had, just his nice inviting smile makes you feel happy! If anyone ever needs any help with your next house purchase looks no further than Mr Reed. We had previously tried two other estate agents to sell our deceased mum’s property and had very few viewings and were not impressed with their lack of contact with us. However from the first meeting with Davis we were very impressed with the service from Pygott & Crone. We had viewings booked from the very first week and he was in regular contact with us to keep us informed about the current market. Once we accepted an offer they remained In regular contact throughout the sale process. We cannot fault the whole team and would definately recommend them to family & friends in the future.
