GoogleNewton Fallowell clearly care more about money than anything else. Living next to their properties is hell. They obviously don't vet their tenants so after living next to weed smoking partiers for a year, and having been told "we can't do anything about it" every time we've complained, we're at the end of our tether. They should take care to rent properties in residential areas to people that aren't going to cause a nuisance. If you live next to a Newton Fallowell managed peoperty, MOVE!

GoogleThe branch I used in Lincoln put a lot of hard work into getting the right buyer for my house. After the first buyer pulled out due to mortgage issues I was pretty deflated, but then they found me a cash buyer who completed in a really reasonable time-frame. Am grateful to their whole team, for their commitment and professionalism. Thank you!

GoogleHaving rented for a year through this company, it took almost a further year and the involvement of the conflict resolution team at the DPS and the Ombudsman to finally get a conclusion to an unnecessarily unpleasant deposit return process. I’m fortunate that I was not dependent on the deposit, and was prepared to challenge the delays and total lack of communication and inaccuracies. The deposit was eventually returned but not without a huge waste of time and resources. The ombudsman found in my favour and an award was made. I would suggest other options if you have them.

GoogleAll I can say is if you are a landlord and value your property do not use this agency. They either don’t care or are just plain stupid. I’ve given up with them after being handed a property back in an absolute S*?! state. They used the fact I live elsewhere to just ignore a multitude of issues. Just use my terrible experience to your advantage and stay well clear!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Richard, I note your review and have investigated this situation with my lettings manager who for the record is neither stupid nor careless. I understand she requested several times from you, evidence of your issues which you have never supplied yet we were able to provide you receipt of professional cleaning done to your property. I also would like to point out that the tenant was introduced to your property by another agent. My team have not ignored "a multitude of issues" as you claim and I can see correspondence sent to you which you have not replied to regarding this matter. This branch used to be good but has gone downhill very fast . Staff and management rude !! If you leave a negative review they ring you and challenge it in an unpleasant manner . Communication appalling . Customer service appalling !!. Complaints are ignored and they seem to condone the rude behaviour of staff . I've moved my houses to another agent ... Best thing I have done !! My advice is to go elsewhere !
