GoogleI have dealt with Newton fallowell Lincoln over many years with sales and rental. I would just like to mention after a boiler issue we experienced Harriet in rental/maintenance managed to negotiate a cheaper price for the repair and also helped out with the boiler again when an issue was reported which again saved us money from having to use a contractor. This helped us out so much so we cannot thank Harriett enough for her help and advice.

GoogleI have now contacted the Lincoln three times in 2 months about a potential breach of my GDPR. They have yet to acknowledge or address the complaint. I am now in contact with the Ombudsman.

GoogleI highly recommend Newton Fallowell. Their communication was great from the beginning, right up to the end of our sale/purchase and they answered all of our queries either via email or phone. I want to especially thank Kayrn for her help throughout as it can be a really stressful process but she was always so lovely and regularly kept us updated.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with a different Estate Agent we changed to Newton Fallowell They were exceptional from the beginning Peter made sure we had the correct value on the house and that the right people came to view Within a week we had a buyer and from that moment on Karyn was excellent and kept us informed at all times She kept in contact with lawyers and also the rest of the chain and kept us informed Without Karyn the process would have taken much longer I can’t recommend Newton Fallowell enough.

GoogleI have just got the go ahead with moving into my new let accomodation with my friend and couldn't be happier despite being a super busy time with little staff they have managed to work together to get this done quickly as I was in a sticky situation where I was living. We can't thank you enough and being so patient with all my calls! Big special thank you to Kelly who handled our property through the most part. So lovely and welcoming!

AllAgents"Absolutely horrendous..."
Absolutely horrendous customer service. If you want to be ignored and receive no communication or support from an agent use Newton Fallowell, Lincoln. I have had nothing but bad experiences. Poor communication was noticed from day 1. The only timely communication they have are the automatic rent due emails their system sends. The maintenance portal is ignored regularly or if they bother to look at it, they will just ignore what you have written and try and blame you. Email communication is no better, it is like talking to a wall.

GoogleWe have used Newton and Fallowell to let our house for many years. Throughout that time they have selected good tenants for us and provided outstanding support in both the maintenance of the property and organising the required gas and electrical checks required. The collection of rent etc is effortless and the IT system used allowed us to track funds and see the progress of the remedial actions be taken for issues reported by tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Newton and Fallowell.

I dealt directly with Steve, Abbie and Karyn and right from the start, they were not only polite, welcoming, and efficient they also delivered and exceeded expectations. I can't thank them enough for making everything run so smoothly and making buying a house seem so effortless when I know that is far from how it is normally. Especially in the current sitution. They were always there to take calls and even if they weren't they always phoned back as soon as they could. The one thing that stood out for me was the professionalism, not once did I have to chase them for something id asked for, they always did what they said they would do, which is so hard to find. GoogleNewton Fallowell were handling the sale of a Property we bought, Abbie Wardle is the superstar that handled this. In buying the property, Abbie has been so fantastic, a real credit to the company. When buying a property every knows there are twists and turns throughout, particulatly with the coordination with all the solicitors involved. Throughout the process Abbie has gone above and beyond to help communicate and coordinate the whole process. She is so friendly and approachable, and would 100% recommend that you use Newton Fallowell and particularly Abbie if you are selling a house. GoogleI have had a good experience with Newton Fallowell in Lincoln when applying to rent a property. The initial application was processed quickly, however, the forms to complete through Let Alliance were pretty lengthy compared to others. The property I was due to let had also sold prior to my tenancy start date, leaving me with many worries. Fortunatley, Newton Fallowell had an identical property available and were able to copy over my application and allowed me first refusal given the situation. Key collection and the moving in process were a breeze. Kelly, the letting agent dealing with the property, was easily contactable via email and telephone and provided prompt responses to any questions I had. They were honest and fair in their valuation, reliable and conscientious in securing a sale and attentive to me as the client. GoogleAwful customer service. Extremely poor communication, promises call backs, was expecting a call back from Lara and does not follow through with call backs. Not very considerate or understanding. Having rental properties myself, I would not use or recommend this estate agent to market any of those or find tenants, due to the lack of communication they provide for people viewing houses and interested in properties.

GoogleI've rented off newton fallowell for over 8years now an i have just moved to a different property but stayed with them.everything was very thorough from start to finish with relevant safety checks that had to be done that took a few weeks but the level of communication has been excellent.slight glitch at the beginning but a solution was sought out in a quick calm caring professional manner.all in all it has been a painless move an I now have my dream home.so from the bottom of my heart thank you lara you have been brilliant your a credit to the lincoln branch 😊.

GoogleThis firm acted for the people I bought a bungalow from and I can confirm they are going to chase people up on your behalf regularly to try and help your sale/purchase go through as timely as possible. Despite them effectively being tasked with chasing me regularly for updates etc I never felt badgered, they were always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Dave.

Google(Lincoln) Recently moved house and used Martyn for my mortgage Advice. He did a wonderful job and in tricky times got me a fantastic deal. The communication was excellent by phone and by email.
