GoogleExcellent experience of renting after moving to the Lincoln area. They gave prompt responses to requests about properties and provided a virtual tour of a property as this was during the first lockdown which enabled the process to be completed quickly. They have liaised to ensure that that information from my landlord is passed on and been excellent with prompt replies to answer my questions. GoogleRecently rented a property through Minster and Mount, the whole experience was easy from viewing to picking the keys up. M&M went out of their way to allow me to get the keys in time to move in on a weekend. Recommend.

GoogleThe professional yet relaxed atmosphere at Mount and Minster instantly makes you feel at ease and reassured that their knowledge of the local market (in my case Lincolnshire) is second to none. I've had the pleasure of dealing with the same agents in the Lincoln branch for over 3 years now and I would highly recommend their services. I've used them for acquisitions and also to manage my portfolio, and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

GoogleExpressed an interest for a rental by emailing, had an automatic response they would be in touch. No contact made. Emailed again, no response and the property was already snapped up. Very disappointing! I wouldn't bother going forward now

GoogleThese guys are great we are currently renting one of their properties, from the start they were very professional and made moving in a breeze and up until now have carried on with the great communication and friendliness, whenever there's been issues with the house etc they've wasted no time in getting things sorted, after having so many problems with the last agency it's like a breath of fresh air.

GoogleMost disgusting and worst letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of having any interactions with. Called everyday for 2 weeks, emailed, voicemail left, messages left with staff and informed they will 'Get back to us' after we had informed them that we were ready to pay for the property that day. Asked a week prior to our apparent viewing date and when we tried to confirm time we were told they would again, 'get back to us. disgusted, despicable 'letting agency' criminal fees, would never recommend. Try actually doing your bloody jobs

GoogleIntentionally misleading and potentially fraudulent property adverts. This agent photoshops images to hide property damage and disrepair and then forgets to delete the Photoshop instructions from their listings.

GoogleShocking company, poor communication, no receipts for deposits and money given even when asked for many times, always away from the desk or not in the office, would not recommend them. Due to all the problems we actually cancelled the start of a tenancy on a perfect house for us. - had to fight over a month for money owed back to us.

GoogleWe have used Mount & Minster (and previously Colonia) for over 15 years to management our rental. They took away the hassle and have left us with a feeling that all is in good hands which it is. They are responsive and often sort tennant issues even before they become an issue. I couldnt reccomend them highly enough.

GoogleIt's taken 6 months to get a leaking roof fixed. Maintenance not a priority. Lots of excuses 'I get 60 emails a day you know!' or passing the buck 'I can't do anything because I'm going on holiday soon'. Not responsive to emails and telephone calls.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
