GoogleVery unprofessional from the tenant side of things, they aren't willing to help you with anything, they're rude, especially the office manager. They talk down to you as if you're a second class citizen, no-one seems to care about your problems. They leave you with severe problems in the house and they couldn't care less, there is no urgency at all. Would rate 0 star if possible, would use any other letting agency apart from these.

Martin and Co have been fully managing my property in Lincoln for more than five years. The service they provide is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. They do absolutely everything and I have minimum decisions to make. Whenever I have needed to ring the office the staff are professional, helpful and approachable. They return emails and phone calls promptly and they also care about the tenant which ensures there are less difficulties with any issues that occasionally occur. I absolutely recommend them to landlords and tenants!

I was a tenant in the property for three years and everything was fine until the END OF THE TENANCY. This was dealt with by Claudia GAL. The tenants responsibility were not itemized and the pointer of which she wanted to take were completely wrong. She then said if I Wanted to disagree I would have to lodge a complaint with the TDS, but if I did this the Landlord had authorized to take alot more money for the wear and tear as well. Seriously I have other things in my life more pressing - if they had only itemized ! I have no idea if they even spoke to the landlord! Poor Service!

YellAweful communication by a terrible company
Terrible company with terrible communication! We had to phone them twice to book a viewing, when they finally sorted a date out we took a morning off work, met them at the property to find the tenant not home and they could not show us round. The tenant had tried phoning them to inform them of this in advance but they wasn't answering the phones the day they rang (for some reason). We was then told they would contact us to book a different date.. two weeks later they have not got in touch. What a ridiculously run company with terrible and appauling levels of service. I would advise anybody to avoid them at all costs!!
