GoogleCan't reccomend Cloud Lettings enough! The team really make you feel like a valued tenant - I've been with Cloud for 3+ years now and plan on sticking with them. Great for students if it's their first time renting as they always give loads of info about the rental process and always quick to respond to concerns and queries! Super helpful, super friendly, super professional!

GoogleStaff aren't helpful, never get anything done accused me of leaving the room in a bad condition though I moved out a month after the contract started due to personal reasons. Refused to help find new occupier

GoogleI stayed with Cloud Lettings for a year, and they were brilliant. Whenever something needed fixing, such as the shower head or washing machine, it was often looked after within hours of them receiving an email stating the problem. Their staff is always polite and helpful and nothing was ever too big or too little of an issue. I can't fault them and would highly recommend them to others!

GoogleLetting through Cloud Lettings has made the first year living at our student house extremely easy and enjoyable. Any problems we have encountered with the house such as misplacing keys have been fixed as soon as the issue has been raised and any questions we want to know the answer to have been answered without hesitation. I think as a household we would definitely rent through Cloud Lettings again!

Cloud lettings were very helpful the whole way through and were always quick to respond with great advice when we had any enquiries. GoogleI lived in a property with cloud for 2 years. It was a lovely two bedroom house with a huge living room, bedrooms and bathroom. If we ever had a problem we would call or email and we would get an instant response and resolution. I would recommend them highly to any student that is looking for housing where you feel looked after. Really enjoyed my tenancy.

GoogleThe people who work at Cloud Lettings are very friendly and approachable, and made the initial stage of moving into my property seamless. If there has been any issues within the building they will let you know what is going on, and also if you need to do anything. Furthermore, they are very good at communicating with you, and you will not be left in the dark.

Had good students from last year but now got new ones moved in 4 days they are not good ones very noisey had report them been woken at 230 am shouting banging doors

GoogleI have been a tenant under Cloud Lettings for 3 years as a student and they have been fantastic! All of the estate agents working there have been so helpful and also made sure tenants are happy. I would highly recommend their services to everyone. GoogleThe most helpful letting agency I have dealt with in my four years at Lincoln! Soooo responsive, any issues were dealt with quickly and thoroughly! And we received our full deposit back very soon after moving out! Definitely the best letting agency in Lincoln for students!
