I had a wonderful tenancy in my studio with Cloud. They are very responsive to any issues or queries raised, with issues being resolved very quickly. The team is very kind and nice. The studio itself was also very nicely renovated. Especially Jonna was a great help throughout, being very quick to reply to messages and in sorting things out, very lovely and warm person!

Theyre good and houses are lovely, however i think they need to be clearer with landlords about when they can charge cleaning fees at end of tennancy. The last house we moved into was vile and awaiting a new sofa. It had a rug the landlord eventually removed that was filled with moldy food and all stuck together, my bed down the side was also food and a thick layer of dust. And that was acceptable for us to move in apparently(not the whole list i spent upwards of £40 on cleaning supplies the first week and house before that we moved into a fly infestation frim maggots under the peeling flooring). But we were then charged most of our deposit for a proffesional clean despite leaving the house super clean. Just need a clear standard across houses so students know whats expected. Rather then it been different each house.

I've lived in a property with Cloud for almost 3 years, and it has been amazing! I've never had any problems and if there were any issues with the house they were seen to promptly. It's been more than a pleasure to live in the property I do now, which makes me so sad to leave :( Everyone at Cloud is so friendly and very helpful, especially Jonna who has consistently gone above and beyond for our property and for me personally. I couldn't recommend a better letting agency to go through or rent from, they truly are the best! <3

Generally nice properties, could be worse. Communicate is ok as they have WhatsApp. However they did try and scam us from our deposit claiming the mattress 'had to be replaced'. Luckily I had pictures to show as evidence to which they quickly apologised for their 'genuine mistake'. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU LEAVE. As all property agencies are money grabbers.

Living with cloud compared to competitors such as Livewithus came as a disappointing shock. Especially when, we as tenants, were initially praised for the standard in which we kept the house throughout our stay. Firstly, constant hassle throughout the year meant we were far too frequently met with contractors or office staff at the door, usually in regards to the poor standard of their property. Issues that were STILL not resolved by the end of our stay, leading to a ridiculous overcompensation of our deposit. Furthermore, the damage that required our deposits for the repair was the fault of THEMSELVES, after not attending to issues that we reported at the time. An example being the consideration of water coming up from the floor as ‘Non-urgent’, to quote the agency. To students looking for accommodation in Lincoln, I urge you to use surrounding agencies instead of dealing with the lack of professionalism that cloud provides.

I was with Cloud Lettings during my second and third year at university, and from my experience I have only positives to say. In comparison to other letting agents in Lincoln, which I have heard horrific things about, Cloud were excellent at responding to any issues and queries we had whilst living in one of their flats. During the first year of living there, the furniture was getting quite old and they swapped it out for brand new Ikea furniture which was really nice of them. The pricing was reasonable (£405 per month all bills and WiFi included). Maintenance was always done when needed, for example when our fridge was beginning to break, they ordered a replacement without much hesitation. The staff at Cloud are kind and understanding. Thank you to Cloud for the amazing 2 years that I got to spent at my lovely flat on Depot Street!

I have rented with Cloud Lettings in Lincoln for the past 6 months and I cannot recommend them enough. I can only hope future agents I let properties from are as responsive as they have been. I especially would like to thank Jonna for the work she puts in and for all the help she has offered me during my tenancy. She has been so helpful in sorting out any issues I have had as quickly as she possibly could, even given the current situation with COVID-19. I have rented properties in the past whilst I was at university and I have never had an agent respond so quickly and go out of their way to help as much as she does and I am very grateful for it.
