Would respond to issues really late and slowly. Would say things were getting fixed that never were. Didn’t seem to care when we had no hot water or washing machine was flooding the house.

Cloud were amazing to live with in our final year. Despite searching for a house late in the year (April/May) we still managed to find a beautiful, clean house. Whenever we had issues, they were quickly resolved, usually within a day or two. All contractors followed covid regulations and we never felt unsafe or unhappy with the service! Cloud would always chase up the landlord if there were ever any issues with the property, our only issue was when we moved in and there wasn't a bathroom which the landlord didn't let Cloud know, however this was quickly resolved. It was very easy to get in contact with the agency via WhatsApp, meaning we could let them know at any hour rather than working around office times.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Cloud is a good letting agency if the landlord is responsive. We had reported issues within the house such as damp, mould, broken freezer drawers etc; which not taken care of by the landlord and not followed up by the letting agency. Therefore, often we had to report the same issue multiple times with no resolution or delayed response. However, they did make a few repairs such as sorting out vents in the bathroom, and blocked drains. Our experience with cloud wasn’t the best, because the lack of action and follow ups by clouds contributed to some of my housemates developing health issues, and us not enjoying our time in the house as much as should have.

I have had a really great experience with Cloud and I know others have too! Always easy to get in contact with, Bethan in particular has been on hand for advice since my first house with Cloud as well as my second. She’s always super helpful and friendly even when I pester her about little things that I worry about! She never makes me feel i’m asking too much and has helped me out on numerous occasions. Really glad I went with Cloud lettings in the end.

Awful company. During these unprecedented and uncertain times they are one of the only letting agencies in Lincoln to not have suspended rent for students, showing their character. Having withdrawn from the university in October 2019, student loan payments have stopped but I have been continuing to pay for the property by saving instalments of money as I get monthly paid from work based on when the tenancy agreement says my rent is due - April 29. Cloud Lettings have decided to bring this forward to April 1 - I have not yet received my last months pay from work and do not have an extra few hundred to put in because they've decided to bring it forward without informing me prior to this, and without students @ UoL receiving their loan yet, so they also cannot pay. Avoid like the plague.

Apart from one of the estate agents called Jonna they are all incompetent and blatantly didn’t care about any of the issues we had with our property. Our shower was broken during the entirety of our tenancy, even though we reported it on multiple occasions. They also fleeced us out of half our deposit because of marks on the wall where our beds had been. The decor was poor quality and they charged us to have it redecorated simply due to marks as previously mentioned, as well as a mark from where the ironing board had rested. Apart from Jonna, I found any of the other staff I dealt with to be largely incompetent. Said the decor would last 5 years, then when I requested proof it magically dropped to 3 years, yet was charged for 4 years worth of depreciation on the paint. Ripped off big time. Would not recommend to anyone, especially students.

Updated October 2018: They are still the best agent and have provided us with astonishing service in the last 2 years. ---- I'm sorry to see any negative posts about Cloud- they are by far the best and most well organised agent in Lincoln which is why we use them despite ourselves being one of the most prolific and successful Lincoln landlords and also managing small portfolios for other Landlords. They are always available and up front, they allow us to make commercial decisions and given the right property will have it let the same afternoon- we completed a room turnaround at 2am on a Thursday "night" and by 4pm on Friday it was let and occupied and mattress delivered all without any involvement from us. After spending time with other student letting agencies I was so happy with Cloud. Cloud were the most friendly, efficient and understanding letting agency I've encountered. I have rented a student property from Cloud in my final year at University and I have nothing but praise for their customer care, service and efficiency. Unlike other letting agencies that I have used, Cloud provided an extremely personal experience and were always there to lend a helping hand when needed. I can recall one example when I failed to pay my rent on time. They approached me in a calm and concerned manner making sure there were no personal reasons behind the delay in rent and were very understanding when I explained that this was only a mistake. The excellent and approachable staff always provided a friendly face and were efficient in tackling any housing issues. Thanks Cloud for a fabulous final year.

Cloud lettings are simply the best agency in town. Lived in a wonderful sharehouse, with reasonably low rent considering the area. Stuff breaks like in every home, but Cloud was always there and solved issues fast. Paperless company which is a big plus for me and the fact that you could pay your rent online through their website saved me time and hassle. Customer service is top noch as you'll always be welcomed with a smile when going to their offices. I can go on for while praising Cloud, but simply put there is no reason to use another lettings company in Lincoln.

Absolutely terrible service, wasted 1.5 days holiday from work, half a day unpaid under the impression that 2 of us could move into a house share the same day with the other tennents to move in shortly after as long as all signed the contract. Provided all documentation only to find out at the very end that we cannot move in unless all pay immediately ... left me almost homeless... would absolutely not recommend Cloud Lettings !

The staff at Cloud Lettings are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I wish I had been able to rent with them when I first moved to Lincoln!
