Sale Of Property

I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Linda in Sherry Fitzgerald OLeary Kinsella while buying our first home. She was always super quick to respond to any questions we had, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

Sherry Fitz Limerick were great to deal with when selling my house, highly recommend them. Brenda Mulcahy was extremely professional, there to answer all my questions, gave great advice getting the house ready and had fantastic knowledge of the market and potential buyers.

Ensure the agent selling your house is not going on vacation. It seems like no other agents can show other agents houses when they are out of the office. We tried to get a showing last week. We were delayed until this Wed. However our appointment was cancelled on Tuesday. Looks like the seller lost at least an extra 10,000 Euro because nobody could show us the house last week. Also we were cash buyers.

Brenda Mulcahy's professionalism made all the difference

Brenda Mulcahy, from the Limerick office, led the sale of our house in the most professional and efficient way. We got very good advice all through the process and the resulting sale price in the end was very satisfactorily. I would use SherryFitz again and I would highly recommend their services.

Bought a house with Sherry FitzGerald, I found the agent was very professional, courteous. Very flexible with the time knowing that I was a front line worker. That was really helpful and thoughtful particularly in the pandemic. I would recommend using Sherry FitzGerald to anyone.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

We bought a house listed with sherryfitz. We found them professional, courteous, and helpful. They were straightforward the whole way through the process. There were a little shenanigans with the sellor but sherryfitz addressed it with the sellors straight away. We couldn't have asked for more.

DISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…

Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

Amazing support and a pleasure to deal with

Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.
