Thank you so much to Tiernan & the team in SherryFitz Limerick! I had a really seamless, stress free sale. Tiernan & Ailbhe gave me great advice from the start and we had my house on the market in no time! I was also really happy with the safety measures in place throughout the viewings, very important in these Covid times. There was great communication throughout, after each viewing, and then when I went sale agreed. Everything went very smoothly. Another important factor for me was having a warm & friendly agent to conduct the viewings, as this is the person my purchasers would be dealing with - Tiernan was exactly this! I’d highly recommend SherryFitz Limerick to anyone thinking of selling!

As recent purchasers of a residential property in Co. Wexford facilitated by vendors auctioneer Aisling McGrath of Sherry Fitzgerald Haythornthwaite. We would highly recommend Aisling and her colleagues in branch who offered a skilled and professional service from virtual viewing, right through to on site viewing and handover. Totally Disgraceful

Totally Disgraceful. We heard that Sherry FitzGerald was a professional company, but how far from the truth was this. We sold our residential property with them. They found a buyer, but at this point everything went so wrong. A member of staff gave the potential buyer the key and let them enter the property unsupervised. We were unaware of this until we got a call from a neighbour stating the potential buyer had moved a static caravan into the rear garden by craning it over the roof. At this point the potential buyer had no insurance in place, they damaged the interior of the house and they were planning on living in the static caravan rent free before the contract was exchanged. The staff at Sherry FitzGerald did nit check the property to ensure this did not happen. You can imagine the extra stress this put on the seller as the interior of the property had been destroyed and there was a static caravan in the rear garden. If the sale had fallen through, I would have been in a world of pain as it would be up to me to put the house back to being sellable again. The directors of Sherry FitzGerald were concerned, not for the customer, but their business. We had nearly two weeks of stress and getting extra engineer reports completed. I would not recommend their services.

Very annoyed with sherry fitzgerald tallaght. Mislead about a few things during the already stressful process of buying apartment. I was told on a couple of occasions that furniture was included so I gave all my furniture to charity shop, only to find a completely empty apartment to move into. Have to now spend money I don't have to buy a whole new set of furniture on Christmas week. Very unprofessional people.

We had an offer accepted on a property and immediately paid the booking deposit of 10k and arranged a survey. All the wheels were in motion with solicitor and money was in place. A week later the agent rang to say that they received a higher offer which the vendors had accepted. Not only that but the agent cancelled the surveyor without notifying us and then gave us a spiel that was not what the surveyor told me. The surveyor told my wife that the agent cancelled saying that someone was sick in the house, but the agent told me that he cancelled it because they didn't want to "upset" us. Disingenuous , unprofessional, untrustworthy, money grabbing cowboys. Avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
