I wanted to put in writing how grateful we are to Linda Christopher at the Gorey branch of Sherry Fitzgerald. When we set out on our home buying journey I was poorly prepared for what a difficult and stressful thing to do it can be. The one person that has stood out throughout the whole process is Linda. Her kindness, patience and most of all her willingness to offer her expertise to all aspects of the home buying process has been invaluable, and without her I would have almost given up! I’ve lost count of the number of times she has given clarity to what would have otherwise been an issue I had no understanding of. And that goes far beyond her role as an auctioneer. I recently completed the sale of my house led by Sean McGee in Sherry Fitz. From the initial meeting, where very helpful guidance and tips was provided, to organising the viewings around times that suited me, I always felt like i was getting the very best possible service. After each open viewing, Sean was very quick to summarise the interest and give his opinion on whether offers would follow. After going sale agreed, he checked in regularly with me to update on progress with the sale and how to ensure the sale would proceed smoothly. The 'My Sherry Fitz' tool for interested buyers to make bids online 24/7 and for sellers to receive these offers immediately cuts out all the back and forth that happens with other estate agents and ensures a much quicker and transparent process for all sides of the sale. I highly recommend Sherry Fitz and would be the only choice for me if I was looking for an estate agent in the future.

We recently sold a property and bought a property via the Sherry Fitz Limerick team. Initially we were quite overwhelmed at the prospects of a chain and all the challenges that can go with it. Luckily, the Sherry Fitz team that we dealt with were absolutely fantastic, so we needn't have been so anxious. On the selling of our house, Sean McGee was excellent to deal with. Sean kept in regular contact throughout the process so that we were never left in the dark. A great no-nonsense communicator. On the purchase of our new house Ed Napean was very helpful. Again, frequent contact and super helpful right through to closing. And last but certainly not least Julie O'Doherty kept everything ticking over nicely right from day one when we expressed an interest in potentially selling. Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. They were also very helpful when it came to us moving out, and accommodated us when we needed to change the date. SF also returned our deposit promptly. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.
