GoogleWe rented our place with Theydons and experience was very good. Aneesa was very helpful in all the communications we had to complete the formalities. It was a smooth road from offer to getting the rented place. Also, we had to contact the maintenance team and Ashlie was great and swift in sorting out the issues we had.

After a harrowing experience of trying to find a place to rent in September, we decided to turn to James from Theydons and we managed to close a deal and move in all within a week! There were a few complications in the sale and Taryn was proactive in following up on the issues and chasing the relevant people on a daily basis. We sold our flat with Theydons in Summer 2018. The service was highly professional, and our agent was proactive, practical and calm throughout. We had quotes from other agents, and they offered a reasonable price for their service which included incentives for them linked to their performance. I would highly recommend the sales team at South Woodford Branch, in particular James!

GoogleI can vouch for the flat inspections when you leave. They did the same to me 12 years ago and I’ve never forgotten it. Absolute rip off merchants. Had the place professionally cleaned and they charged us for dents in the carpet where the furniture had been!! I’ve yet to be able to purchase levitating furniture but if anyone who uses Theydons does I suggest you buy it!! Also charged us for having the Sky dish taken down but I drove past loads of times after I moved out and it never moved… and guess what..12 years later it’s still there. Conmen!!!!

GoogleThe team at Theydons are friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I bought a home through Theydons in 2004 and after that excellent experience I returned to them to sell that home in 2023. Another well managed service and transaction. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The input and advice I received from Alec and James during my recent sale made all the difference and alleviated much stress. I’m very grateful. Thank you to everyone involved at Theydons :-)
