We worked with Taryn for over a year on two different property purchases and the sale of our flat. The first purchase fell through after almost a year - she managed the whole thing brilliantly. The second purchase was part of a long chain and we had to move very fast. She was brilliant, at negotiating on our behalf and being diplomatic with all parties involved. We will definitely use Theydon's again and will specifically ask for Taryn to work with us!

I can't thank Lauren enough for making those whole process of moving to my new home so easy! Even from the first viewing, she made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed, unlike other agents I've previously dealt with. She is very professional and the most efficient agent I've ever had. Excellent communication, and no matter how small the query, I've felt she's always gone the extra mile to find out the information we have needed, and is always quick to respond! I really cannot praise

I really cannot praise Theydons enough. From the outset when James came to value the property I could tell he new the market and what the property was worth. He valued it �30 000 more than the other agents and obtained an extra �32 000 on top of that when it went to offers. The sale was very difficult as I was tying in a lease extension during which the freeholder died leaving no will and as such was very very complicated. Theydons and I must mention Taryn specifically here were always professional super efficient and fast in their replies and definately made the sale happen through hard work and excellent communication . Always calm and supportive and giving the correct advise. I cannot praise Taryn and her team highly enough.

Both Lauren and Amy were a fantastic help on the letting of my flat. I took them on a joint agency basis after my flat languished on the market for nearly 6 weeks, and they made a big difference from the moment they were involved. Taryn was always on the end

Taryn was always on the end of the phone whenever I had any questions and happy to support our solicitor by contacting the vendor should the process have started slowing down. I found Taryn to be honest, reassuring and not pushy at all which is exactly what you need when making the biggest purchase of your life! The fact there was a mortgage broker on site was a huge bonus. I would definitely use Theydon's and especially Taryn when looking for my next property, although it won't be for a while as I love our new home!

Taryn was fantastic throughout the process to get us on our first steps of the competitive property ladder, that is buying in London. After having a terrible experience with another agency I believe theydons deserves a proper review from someone who has been a tenant in one of their managed properties for over 2 years. Theydons are excellent property managers. Theresa from the management team is always quick to respond and book us in for repairs fairly quickly or notify us immediately of any delays. James has been very supportive and helpful in helping us find another property as our needs have changed over the last year.
