GoogleLondon - a city of nearly 9,000,000 people and more estate agents that you could possibly imagine. Some will call you back, some will never respond and leave you dangling at the end of phone being passed from person to person. If you are looking for more of a personal touch and an ACTUAL PERSON to speak to and be confident with throughout the process of buying a house, then I can not recommend Waymour and Parr enough. Clear, Professional, Bang on with the pricing and a solid buyer. When solicitors needed a nudge - it was done. If all estate agents were as solid as this - we would all have a quieter life....

GoogleWe decided to put our property on the market in March 2020. We looked into several local estate agents and decided to go with Waymour and Parr. We were impressed by their ambitious and strategic approach. The property was marketed well and we had an offer on the first day of viewings. Due to the lockdown, it took several months to eventually complete. But despite the uncertainty and challenging circumstances, Waymour and Parr were extremely communicative and responsive throughout and kept the sale going. Overall, we were extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and communication.
