GoogleWe genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience than having Matt as our estate agent. As property owners who hadn’t moved for over 25 years, he was informative, patient and extremely proactive with our move. I could not recommend Matt more highly, he really knows his job. Gave us loads of advice that was absolutely on the money for a quick sale and a smooth process overall.

GoogleI would highly recommend Waymour and Parr. Matthew did an excellent job selling our home ensuring everything ran smoothly. Matthew has a lot of knowledge, was always available and prompt with his responses. He was very hands on with trying to sell our home, ensuring we sold the first time our house went out for viewings, but also ensuring we received the right price for the property. Mathew is very professional, empathetic, friendly and communicated with us from start to finish regularly. Matthew also has a great team, who are just as professional and friendly. We will be using Matthew again in the future if we plan to buy/sell.

GoogleMatt was an absolute gem with us. From making us feel at ease, to always answering our questions. There is a lot of things that happen with buying a house, so it is nice to have someone on your side. Other Estate agents can be pushy or make you feel small. Matt talks to you like an equal.

GoogleFrom the outset Matt was excellent. Open, responsive and importantly sincerely honest in a sector whose reputation is of anything but! He took the time to get know us. Understand who we were and what we wanted in a house. Most importantly of all Matt managed the buying process through Corona exceptionally. Keeping an open communication channel between both parties and managing expectations throughout. We liked him so much that we used him to sell our property which had been stagnating on the market with another local "award winning" agency. Matt made the process as smooth as possible, despite the challenging environment created by Covid and worked exceptionally hard and around the clock to navigate the couple of complexities we faced. He has a strong knowledge of the South East London area, was always responsive to my hundreds of questions however trivial and maintained good communication throughout. I would certainly use Waymour and Parr again and happily recommend them to anyone.
