He came to me with strategies and marketing techniques to help sell my flat which had been on with another agency for 3 months. He sold it in less than two weeks. I also felt like I was his only client because he always had time for me. He's interested in getting the best deal for you, not him. Highly recommend.

GoogleMatt helped my partner and I buy our dream house, and was with us every step of the way. The previous owners were a little eccentric (to say the least!), and the moving process could have been drawn out for weeks if not for Matt's excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills. He was always on the end of the phone when we needed him, whether by call or text, and he consistently went above and beyond what we would would have expected from an estate agent. I could not recommend him more highly - absolutely lovely bloke and brilliant at his job. Thank you Matt!

GoogleI worked with Matthew to sell my flat between Hither Green and Blackheath. He was incredibly professional and very communicative throughout the whole process. I'd previously been trying to sell my flat through a large estate agent chain in London, which really wasn't working out for me. Matthew was a very welcome change in approach and the flat sold very quickly. Highly recommend.
