GoogleA few tweaks would make this place much better. Longer curtains, another bedside table, a hand towel in bathroom, replacement clean towels when necessary (mine didn't get replaced so we were left with 1 for our last day). However it was a bargain, location was great and room did have hairdryer, iron and fridge

Googlestay their for two night. Room and bathrooms are very organised and clean but there are no kitchen facilities or even microwave. And most annoying part is you cant sleep after 8 am morning. All the construction work and big noises make you headache. No way to sleep at morning for the noises. Its like someone drilling in your brain

GoogleVery unpleasant stay due to a very, very strong smell of plastic, almost unbearable... quality materials and furniture but not maintained at all: shower pipe completely broken, clogged sink siphon, no cleaning for 3 days. .. and the hotel does not match the photo, it is at the back of the building...

GoogleThe bedroom and the shared bathroom were clean. I stayed for a week and found there were a few convenient stores and supermarkets nearby therefore I think that a small fridge and a microwave would be useful. Overall I had a nice stay and thank you.

GoogleThis was not a hotel. A building where you could get a room for an overnight stay. We had room for 3 but no hot water. No one to talk to about this. Just didn't see any staff during our 3 day stay.

GoogleThe room was nice and clean. The heater was working well so u could adjust the temperature to suit you and the bathroom was sparkling clean however other facilities like a refrigerator and microwave needs to be provided for guest use.

GoogleIt was a beautiful room and bathroom great location for underground . The only things that let it down was the TV didn't work and the fans outside were on all night and couldn't sleep and maybe softer pillows .

GoogleThe room was correct, the washroom could use some renovations, the other guests were making noises in the corridor even in the middle of the night acting like they were at their houses (slapping doors, talking loudly).

GoogleGood value for money, but a bit noisy at the front, due to the main road. Great fixtures and fitting throughout. It's the same company that runs Equitable House in Woolwich, same fittings and high standards. It's a little way out of Woolwich, nearer Greenwich, and I still prepare the Hotel at Woolwich.

GoogleFriendly staff. Rooms comfortable and clean. A little noisy due to location. TV didn’t work properly, it kept buffering for all channels. Bathroom and shower was nice. Could do with upgrading a few things (carpet tile for a shower mat for example doesn’t absorb water!)

GoogleThe location is superb, it is perfectly in front of the Woolwich Arsenal station. The flaw is: 1. The shared bathroom 2. The hot cold water does not work properly, sometimes it is too cold, and sometimes it is too hot.

GoogleThe room is spacious, clean, and has an excellent design, but I would like to change the high bed pillows or put other small pillows. The choice is up to the customer because the bed is a bit small. Thank you

GoogleWhen I checked in, the TV was broken, there was no Wifi, and there was no hot water. The situation improved after that, there was hot water, the Wi-Fi was not smooth, and overall everything became okay. The price is very favorable.
