GoogleLoved my 1 day stay here. I’ve come down to London for a concert at O2, so it was a great location for me as well. Very clean, decent looking apartament. The only things I found a bit unfortunate is the late time set for earliest check in (3pm) and how hot it was in there. A little fan would be a great idea to put in place! Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be booking in the future.

GooglePerfect location for getting into Greenwich by bus. The stop is over the road, and only a short journey. The room is clean, and spacious enough, with necessary amenities, including a fridge. The bathroom, although small, has an excellent shower cubicle with a choice of shower heads, depending on which way you turn the dial. Remember to take your phone with coded entrance details both to the property and the room. Also take your own tea bags if you are partial, as they are not replenished.

GoogleWe spent two nights in Lewischam and a total of 3 days. The room fully met our requirements. The bed was very comfortable and the wardrobe was sufficient to store our things. The room was equipped with a board and ironing board, as well as a kettle and cups of coffee and tea to choose from. For such a short trip, we went with hand luggage and did not take towels because the owner guaranteed it and everything was fine. The towels were clean and could be changed every day, leaving the dirty ones in the corridor. For such a short trip as we had, I recommend it wholeheartedly. A bit far from central London, but by train and tube it's about 40 minutes. The rental price is also satisfactory. Perfect contact with the owner. We received detailed information about the codes to the first door and how to get to the apartment through the second door. Entrance through the black door next to the travel agency. The town itself is very nice, the buildings are similar to those in Harry Potter movies, there are a lot of bars and restaurants open until 10:00 - 11:00 p.m., so after a quick chase around London you can eat something closer to home. Remember to take an adapter with you, and if you forget, you can buy one for £5. Best regards and we recommend.

GoogleThe batroom was nice and big, but We complained that we could not turn the cold tap on in the bad/shower on the first day and the second day. Nothing was done, so we couldn't shower as the water was really hot. The TV didn't really work, the channels kept buffering. The room was nice and big. We had to bang on the neighbours door at 2.00am as he was playing loud music and shame that there was a stabbing close by.

GoogleThe hotel is just in front of Woolwich Arsenal railway and DLR stations, and very close to new Elizabeth line tube station. So, it is in a very strategic position to public transportation through which you can reach everything in London. It definitively values for money given that services also include private bathroom. Excellent wifi. Just as a minor observation, it would recommend to put a hanger close to the shower where to put towels. My bathroom was quite big and without hanger towels were quite out of reach after shower.

GoogleI stayed 2 nights in room 13 which faces the backyard, the view is not great but the room was super clean and I was away all day so it didn't matter to me. It's a nice big room with the things I needed. Nice to have a big fridge

GoogleThere is no kitchen stuff service, no fridge in room, no oven, no toaster machine. And no body came to clean the toilets, and the upstairs toilet shower wasn’t working perfectly.

GoogleThis is unfortunately the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't list everything that went wrong, but what stands out is that every night there were partying and arguing men smoking marijuana in the hallway at the door of my room. This was a bad experience for myself, my wife and my 6 year old son. Our Christmas trip was not a success...

GoogleNice tidy room clean and the bathroom and toilet is clean as well. Didn't expect it to be lovely and clean but it was will stay again. Good value for the money. Shop close by. Just need some more pillows.

GoogleIt’s in a Good location and the room was lovely and clean upon arrival. Check in was really easy too plus theres a decent shower in the en suite. Soundproofing wasn't as good as thought it would be, can hear every movement of anyone going to toilet and could hear their tvs. Person/s in room next to ours clearly smoking both tobacco and marijuana which stunk the whole flat out for the entire 3 days we were there, very surprised if the cleaners couldn’t smell it and assuming they could wondering why they didn’t report this.

GoogleNice big room and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Huge Bathroom and good shower. Didn't like the furniture not matching and the draws and doors don't shut great. I think these tidied up, this hotel would be perfect. The location was very good for this side of the Thames and the Woolwich and Greenwich area. The access to buses was great and going anywhere and never waiting much for one to turn up. Car park near by let us park for the duration of our stay was good value for money. I would use this Hotel again.

GoogleThe apartment is really really small and, for the ones looking for a longer stay, it does not have a fridge. However, the location is quite good for daily commuting between Greenwich and Woolwich and the staff comes and cleans the apartment once per week, providing alwyas new bedsheets and towels, really appreciated! Overall, I think it's a good value for money, I enjoyed my stay there!

Googlebooked two rooms for me and two of my friends as we were visiting the O2 arena and it was a perfect distance away. when we got back from the concert we moved the kettle from the side it was placed to where the plugs are only to discover a pair of dentures under it. We were so shocked and disgusted by this as it is extremely unhygienic. After this we went to bed as we had a 5 hour drive in the morning and had the worst nights sleep as the pillows are like blocks of concrete. I wouldn’t stay here again.

GoogleHi, When we first arrived to self check in we found it was fairly easy! It came with 2 clean towels but no face towels. The room was clean but it said shared bathroom and we thought it was shared as in with the other person in the room so to share with random strangers was a little strange. We went out and came back to somebody in our room to see the boiler or something as the shower was ice cold with no warm water at all!! I was confused why he was in the room we didn’t know ppl would come in during the stay. The rooms also meant like weed, and when we went out the wrong door by accident we got locked out and had to bang until we got help as key wasn’t working from outside. If I was to come back to london I wouldn’t book here again.

GoogleOur room was really big and had private bathroom which was nice. The location was great close to two underground stations. The two negatives were there is something on/in/around the bad which was biting my girlfriend during the night [kind of insect I guess]. The other negative is it's a little noisy in the morning. Overall it was pretty great hotel

GoogleSmall room compared to what was advertised on the booking site and a lot of noise coming from a neighboring bar. Good price compared to the London average and excellent proximity to the tube. Also well served by buses.

GoogleOur stay was not so great, dusty lamp and bathroom rail, shower head was broken, bed was very uncomfortable and creaking evrytime you moved,could hear people in and out of the shared bathroom outside our room this was keeping us awake non stop. Also bed itself has few loose screws that we were worried we end up on the floor during a night. We won't stay again in this place. Sorry.
