GoogleAdequate room in the property , clean and tidy . Big draw back after long day NO HOT SHOWER WATER AT ALL ! Other than that itl do . Safe as how many codes to get in lol 😆 😅 VIEW NONE unless you call a dumping ground a view , but we not there for that so .......

GoogleGood location, close to bus stop and shops. Comfy bed, but basically ok for just a night as there is no kitchen amenities. No fridge in the room or Microwave provided for long stay in the building. I also think the house needs a Fumugation as there were so many flying and crawling insects in the house. Cleaner doesn’t come everyday

GoogleThe hotel had dirty walls,shower did not work,lock did not lock so couldn’t even use the toilet in our part of the hotel and had to go find a different one the other shower we was told to use was running cold,desk in the room was rotten,towels were stained was not a good experience at all

GoogleNo stars at all. Absolutely deceiving from the photos displayed. We booked 2 family rooms but 1 of them was no view at all i was in a loft. The reception is never open so we couldnt complain about it.. We knocked for towels no one answer. Thw entrance is like a brother absolutely disaster. Never again.

GoogleThe area is not very good, it is quite ugly and dirty, it has a good connection to the center but it takes at least 30/45 minutes to get there. The room was not very clean when we arrived, there was a lack of hygiene, especially in the bathroom. They don't clean any day.

GoogleThe location was perfect for us. Several bus lines, the DLR station, and Elizabeth are just around the corner. Shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.

GooglePlace very clean well situated the only downside the door in the passage way bangs everytime when going in and out.Should be provided with more towels no slip mat on tiled shower room.

GoogleThe room was bright, airy and had everything you'd need. My only little gripe was others in the place being noisy, but that can't be helped. I would most happily stay again

GoogleGood evening, I am very happy with the accommodation, the only thing is that the person speaks English and does not speak French or Spanish. Also, there was a problem with the water. I couldn't shower or drink coffee or tea or anything. They should hire a maintenance technician for the place. Well, I hope to return. soon to this place thank you very much blessings 🙏🇫🇷😃♥️👏🇵🇪

GoogleQuite good overall, however a lot of dust on the ground. Tiny sink in the bathroom. It was hot, luckily there was a fan. The heating was on in the corridors and it was really hot. Otherwise overall it was good. Small downside they do not have a shutter. Only small curtains but they still let in daylight.

GoogleThe single room is in the attic on the second floor. Therefore the window is on the ceiling. The floor squeaks as loudly as the bed. The walls are smeared - which you can also see in the picture. The bathroom is one floor below. The walk-in shower was the only good thing about the property.

GoogleYes it does have a City View , place is clean and toilet was kept very clean also. However I asked if I could check in earlier than 3pm and the person on the other end of the phone was very rude. In the service industry manners are a fundamental part of the industry. Will not stay again.

GoogleVery nice staff friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable room. My only criticism is very small window too high to look out. Made the room feel rather clostrophobic.

GoogleLovely flat, very clean, loved the little walking in wardrobe/ dressing room, excellent communication from owner, Only thing I would say extra pillows but that’s only my preference I need two If I ever cone back to London with out my kiddies again I would book to stop here again,

GoogleThe room is very clean. Bathroom and shower attached. Very tidy. The location is excellent as well. Tube station is across the road. So many shops, restaurants and coffee shops around. Check in instructions couldn't be any easier. I would definitely stay there again

GoogleNice welcome, comfortable room, very good location (right opposite the station which takes you in 1/2 hour to the center of London). A big positive point is the parking at the station which is 200 m from the hotel at a price of 7/8 euros per day (appreciable). Hot water problem which was difficult to resolve

GoogleThe Accomodation lacks empathy and has poor customer service. I requested for a change of check in date before my check in time and this was rejected. This is unfair because I requested for a change few hours after my booking. The Accomodation management is only out to make money at the expense of customer satisfaction.

GoogleThe truth is, a very bad experience, I came home from work and there was no hot water or heating, I notified the client and he made me wait 15 hours until the next day to fix it and 7 hours later on my second day the same thing happened again, I feel outraged and robbed (NO HOT WATER NO HEATHER)

GoogleExcellent location. The bathroom was shared and unclean. The smell of marijuana was strong throughout. The bed had bedbugs.
