GoogleBuying my first flat was more complicated than anticipated (solicitors leaving, chains breaking etc). Without the help of Sarah Hickmott (Pedder Property Consultant) the outcome would not have been successful. She was able to talk to all the parties involved, made sensible suggestions and kept things moving. She is a skilled communicator, joined up thinker and remarkably calm!
