Nice ads of houses which act as a click bait, They add the property today I call them straight away and is fully booked or gone, meanwhile the ad stays online for more than 3 weeks marked as available.

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

Went through a very very long and protracted purchase of a flat with Pedder, 15 months of uncertainty and legal wranglings (through no fault of their own), but they - namely Sarah and Daniel in the Forest Hill office - guided us through pretty well, and we’re extremely patient withbus in the days when we just wanted to shout at everyone to ask why nothing had changed on the solicitors side. Only reasons it’s not 5 stars: Our initial contact wasn’t particularly good and could have done more to chase the vendor but believe that person has now left, Daniel/Sarah picked up the case from April 2018 and did brilliantly. The other issue is as with all agents you only get about 10 minutes max to look round a property you hope to spend a lot of money on, so you feel like you’re being rushed around. Not unique to Pedder, though of course.
