Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them

They got us a speedy initial sale - and then, when the chain unfortunately fell apart several links lower down, they found us a new buyer within 2 weeks, enabling us to keep hold of the house we're buying. GoogleI have just sold my flat in Forest Hill and I was very impressed with the service from Sarah, she was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process which unfortunately went on for quite a long time (no fault of Pedder). The whole team were friendly and supportive too including helping me scan documents when my scanner broke.
