I received excellent advice today from viv. I gained knowledge on how to start a foundation for saving for my own property. He provided me with different techniques I can use in order to understand my own needs and wants and what I can realistically do. The advice is information which I will always use as its general tips that relate to your everyday living. He also takes time out to listen to what you want instead of just telling you. His time and effort was definitely appreciated.

Great advice and service

Visited Viv at the La Casa office, to get some advice on a property investment project. We spoke at length with regards to certain legalities and pitfalls of the project but more importantly, the solutions. A Plan for you!

Our expectations were surpassed and we came away with more than we ever expected, we have a plan and an enlightened vision. When we visited La Casa we had a mild idea of what wanted but had no idea of how and whether or not it was possible. Meeting with Viv we felt really welcomed and able to discuss our needs and wants at length, he is a very experienced in this field and was able to clarify our entitlements and responsibilities. With help we have been able to establish our goals and put things into motion. The best thing is that we now have a range of potential solutions that we didn't know existed. Company with great integrity

I used la Casa for 6 years - purchasing, letting and selling a local property and I can't fault them. The team is lead by Viv who is a man of real integrity and fantastic local knowledge.
