Fantastic Customer Service

I recently called the Dexters Hampstead office with regards to my property search as I am looking to relocate from up North, and was very impressed with the advice and customer service I received. George was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and seemed far more interested in what I was looking for than any other agent I’ve dealt with. Although I have not been able to travel down to London for viewings just yet, I look forward to continuing my search with George and with Dexters in the coming weeks.

The Dexter team at Cricklewood have provided us with a fabulous service in all the dealings we have had with them from start through to sale. The communication between us and the team has always been clear, relevant and simple. It doesn’t matter if the lead on your sale is not available, everyone has a grasp of the detail, are only too happy to help or get back to us. The office is impressively headed up by Neela who has given great advice along the journey and we have worked with Jamil, Samara & Nathalia really well.

Hardworking, communicative and know their stuff

Sold my family's Chelsea flat through Dexters late last year (2021) and was very happy to work with Percy, Hugh and the team. Highly personable and pleasant to deal with, I always felt treated as an individual (and partner in the sale process) rather than just another punter. Good listeners, which is very important and in my experience quite rare.Also I found the wider support team at Dexters very responsive and on-the-ball (I never had to wait more than an hour for a reply to an e-mail or text...usually came within minutes). Bottom line: Really know their stuff and fought hard to get the highest price possible in a challenging market environment, including creative approaches to marketing and providing help and advice above and beyond the "call of duty" (e.g. helping with move / clearing flat etc.) Recommended!

Don’t choose Dexters

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. It has been a little more than a year that I have been renting with Dexters. The team at Teddington is extremely helpful, professional, and accommodative. The excellent service provided by the team including Marc Hedges, Sean Noble, Joshua Evans, and Sophie Yeates over the last one year has really made my tenancy a pleasant experience. The property management team, led by Bethany Stewart, is also extremely good and you can expect to get any household repairs required in your rented property sorted very quickly.
