Emma Kilpin at Dexters was so helpful to me in purchasing my new flat. She has great, soft people skills and works in a most customer-centred way. Everyone knows that you can get a lot of fluff and flannel from estate agents. Emma is a little different in that she does not seem fearful or avoidant of telling the truth.

Dexter managed a very difficult negotiation for my tenancy agreement renewal. Shayan was overwhelmingly supportive going beyond my expectations to keep me as their client (of many years) Shayan clearly showed me how important for the agency was to keep the property’s landlord as well as the tenant. Avoid!!

Avoid!!Our buyer is selling their property through the Shoreditch branch and I am very disappointed with how this agent is handling the transaction. There has been a problem with their property being unregistered, which is causing huge delays and a lot of upset in the rest of the chain - as we have all been ready to move for over 5 weeks now. Yet no one from this agent appears to care or want to act proactively help move the transaction forward. I'm starting to wonder if anyone at this agent even has a clue what's going on or what they are doing.

Well what can I say? I had originally written a poor review, because I had been told incorrect feedback which I thought was prejudice towards disabilities. But I have to say, my faith has absolutely been restored by the Surbiton branch. I'm giving 5 stars to the branch, but in particular to one agent especially, Codie Haddon. What an asset, not only to the branch but also to the industry.To say she has gone above and beyond to help us is the understatement of the century. She's worked tirelessly to close a deal for us and without her help, I have no doubt we could have become homeless and I am disabled.In general I have had a good experience with Dexters. After one very negative experience from another branch, Dexters Surbiton, and Codie especially has restored my faith in them.Thank you Codie and the team.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. Pretty sure he’ll be round for a pint once I’ve moved in!Dexters office in general were great helping if Joe was in another call when I phoned, so I can’t recommend them highly enough. Glad to have found a place through these folk. Definitely were the good guys in all the letting agencies that I phoned. Cheers Joe and co. 👌🏻

I chose Dexters as they were located very close to the property and knew the area well. I worked with Jean-Charles at West Kensington Dexters. He was always genuinely friendly and helpful as well as efficient and well informed about the property market. He kept me well informed throughout the selling process which dragged on for various reasons. Dexters also gave me a spot on valuation for probate purposes and we’re exceedingly considerate throughout a difficult time for me.I would definitely recommend them.

Hampstead Branch

The service at Hampstead branch is very poor. We were showed two properties in the area by Luca Worley. There was no follow up after the viewings for feedback. He was unable to answer some questions during the viewings which was fine. He said he would find out but this did not happen. We had to contact him almost a week later to express our interest in the properties and follow up on the questions. Communication with him was not great. His emails were curt. I think Dexters could provide some basic training for their staff on communication and negotiation skills. I would certainly not recommend Dexters to any potential sellers or buyers. A very typical high street estate agent.
