I have had the pleasure of working with Jay over the last week. My partner and I have been having a difficult time with another flat sale with other agents and we needed to shop the market in case it fell apart. Jay was informed, thoughtful and showed us exactly the types of properties that we wanted to see. Although we are progressing with the original sale, I will consider selling with Barnard Marcus in the future because the customer service from Jay was exceptional. As first time buyers, we were in talks with many estate agents, viewing properties almost on a daily basis. Barnard Marcus, and Jamie in particular, were by far the most professional estate agency we came across, with everything from search helps, market advice and guidance to viewing and reviewing properties. Jamie, our agent, was really professional, respectful (and discreet) when we were viewing properties and very flexible, even over a bank holiday weekend. I would recommend Bernard Marcus if you are selling a residential property. I had dealings with only 2 salesmen ( Jay and Jamie) and this makes the process so much better as they know me and the property. Thanks to him we managed to get the transaction done within a much shorter time then expected.
