GoogleAfter an unsuccessful stint marketing our property with a leading competitor, we decided to give Barnard Marcus a call after they sold a similar nearby property. The Branch Manager, Nathan came round to provide the market appraisal and set out a tailored marketing strategy to get the property sold. The negotiators Jay and Reece then took over with a series of viewings and by the second weekend we’d received multiple offers. The process there on was fairly smooth with Toni keeping on top of the chain at every stage keeping us well informed.

GoogleWe used Barnard Marcus to sell our house. The team, jay, Jamie, and Nathan who handled our sale were brilliant. Courteous, helpful, professional but friendly, always on the ball and available to talk, I cannot stress enough the value they brought, I don't know if the sale would have happened without Nathan who continually chased up other parties involved in the process and kept things moving. I have really appreciated having them on our side, I can only regret he won't also be handling our house purchase too!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of a flat in Sydenham. The process really dragged on as there were complications with renewing the leasehold. Toni from Barnard Marcus was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond in chasing various people and she didn't give up until she got an answer! She always kept us updated with what she was doing and what she was waiting for. She even worked on her day off to ensure that we completed before our mortgage offer expired! Could not recommend her enough, what a lovely lady :) Phoebe and Dan x

GoogleWe bought a property from Bernard Marcus. Unfortunately we experience so much problems with the solicitors, none communication etc. Through it all Toni the sales coordinator was extremely supportive. She escalated issues and kept us well informed. To be honest I felt she went above and beyond to help us and always with a professional and pleasant manner. I must not forget Jay who originally handled the viewing….Thank you! It is nice when things go right, but you get to see the real character of an estate agents team when things go wrong. I will definitely be returning to this team for a future sale. Highly recommend them.

Jamie, Jay and Adam took great care of us, and Jamie did a wonderful job listing our flat at the height of Covid (photos/3D tour/premium listing/the works). He clearly understood the market in our area - our flat had its first viewing and offer within two weeks, despite two other flats being listed in our building for a lower price (with a different estate agent) and a much longer time. They were on the ball throughout the entire process, chasing responses left right and centre to help us exchange/complete on our house before the birth of our second child. He paid great attention to my flat preferences and I never felt any pressure from him to 'like' or put an offer in for a flat. Throughout the process of buying my flat, he had all the information I needed when I needed it so that I knew exactly what it was I had to do at every stage. GoogleWe have recently bought our first home using Barnard Marcus. Overall, we were very pleased with their service, and worked mainly with Jay Karaman who kept us very well informed with any progress. The only reason I did not award 5 stars is because we spoke to, I believe, 4 employees throughout this process. During the house buying process we spoke to numerous people on a daily basis, so streamlining this would have helped.

Ever since ,everyone at the office has worked hard to find us a buyer and kept us well informed at each step of the selling process. Fantastic knowledge of the staff has made the process much easier than we imagined.
